    Hi PAAB Team -

    Per your new guidance on RWE - can you please clarify regarding the presentation of the data. The guidance states 'The presentation is informational and claim neutral. The data is not used as the basis for EITHER overt claims of benefit OR creative imagery'
    Are graphs/tables taken/adapted from the reference considered 'creative imagery' or does 'creative imagery' refer more to creative depiction (ie. images/photos/etc).

      Graphs and tables that are informational in nature are generally not considered creative imagery. Creative imagery usually refers to visuals such as photos or images that are often intended to accompany a claim of benefit or to infer a claim of benefit.
