Q: Could you please let us know specifically for websites if we can submit Mobile and Desktop under one submission?

A: Submitting Mobile and Desktop versions of an APS under one eFile, can indeed be done if the submission meets the criteria outlined in section 2.2.1.b and Appendix E of the Guidance on Submission Process and Format.
