Hi Jennifer! I just wanted to confirm if it is permissible to use information from Part 3 of the PM (e.g. dosage or how to use a device) in an HCP directed piece? Or is it that Part 3 is just restricted to Patient directed pieces, e.g. patient brochures. Thank you

Please see Q&A 364. Part III of the PM is not intended to inform HCPs of proper dosing and administration. Content from dosing and administration can be presented in HCP advertising when positioned in the context of patient counseling on the proper use of the device or dosing requirement/restriction.

@Jennifer-Carroll Yes, it will be positioned in the context of patient counselling, as there is no other information of proper use of device in the PM (other than part 3)
