    Hello,

For branded and gated sections for HCPs audience (linked to the corporate website .ca for general audience), what types of resources are possible to add? What types of links?
Our client wants this portal to be an easy way for HCPs to access resources for them or their patients.
Outside of PAAB-approved material about the product (PM, patient card, etc.), these resources could be links to the homepages of official associations like the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (HCPs resource) or official Canadian websites for patients, not speaking about the product but the official sources around the pathology and professionals treating this pathology.

      Hi @mbeauclair

Generating a comprehensive list of resources would be difficult. You should apply key concepts.

      1. When you link advertising and non-advertising (including corporate sites), everything becomes advertising . Linked pieces should meet the requirements for the context that they are linked in (i.e. if in a branded context, must meet the limitations of branded advertising).
      2. When we link branded and unbranded, everything becomes branded.
      3. When linking to third party sites it’s important to assess the context and the content being linked to. Linking to the homepage of acceptable sites is generally acceptable. Note that links that would not be acceptable would be linking to an official association in an unrelated therapeutic area (i.e. Rheumatology in a brand indicated for ulcerative colitis).

A project this complex (multiple links and audiences), would likely benefit from an opinion review.
