    Is it permissible to reference two separate product monographs (Product X and Product Y) for dose adjustments in a special population, if Product X is indicated for use with Product Y, and the Product X PM say to refer to the Product Y PM for dose adjustment of Product Y?

      Hey @Username,

      Yes. As long as the dosing is consistent with both PM’s as described above.
