Hi there, I understand that for electronic media we are able to include mid-level FB instead of high-level (even with efficacy claims) as long as the mid-level has a URL that links directly to the high-level FB (page 9 from here: https://code.paab.ca/resources/Fair-balance-and-weblink-destination-examples.pdf). Is this only allowed for prescription drugs, or could we do this for a narcotic as well?

    Thank you very much!
