Hello there! Qq, are we allowed to compare retention data amongst two brands owned by the company? In this case we want to compare using bar graphs. Thank you

        Hi @joao-borges

It is possible to make comparative claims regarding retention data. However they must be based on empirical evidence which is limited to that which is directly observable, measurable and the comparative data must attain statistical difference between products. This is required even if the products are from the same manufacturer. Please have a look at the PAAB document Retention and market share claims for more detailed information on these types of claims.
