Hi there, this question is related to a HCP printed ad, size full page and 1/3 (full page and column)
Based on the guidelines is it allowed to place footnotes in the 1/3 (column) portion of the ad? in this case, footnotes include: Indication
& Study design detailsThank you for the help!

Hello @joao-borges
Yes, you are allowed to place the footnotes on the 1/3 portion if presented side-by-side and clearly part of the same ad. If the column exists somewhere else in the journal or looks distinctly separate from the rest of the ad, the footnotes may not be allowed to be relegated to that space. As a courtesy, please note that indications should never appear as a footnote. It should always appear in the body copy (s2.10.1).
