    Hello,

I would like to request for clarification of formulary messaging and how to approach this with PAAB guidance. If a piece such as a sticker contains a 'Now covered' message and contains a QR code to link to additional criteria or listing details, is this sticker still considered PAAB exempt?

In addition, if a sticker with PAAB exempt language is created are there restrictions of where the sticker is located in the piece or can this be placed on the front cover?

    Thank you

      Hello @arat101

Q&A 577 and Q&A 516 should answer both your questions respectively.
