    Dear PAAB, we plan on using an image of a person on a paddleboard. Assuming this image meets the criteria for PAAB on all other facets (demeanor, etc.) would PAAB require we follow the guidelines from Parks Canada regarding flotation device safety, notably the need to have a personal floatation device, whistle and rope on the paddleboard? These guidelines require the person wear the PFD with a whistle OR have one on board along with a whisle and rope.       Yes. Per request from the Canadian Medical Association, visuals should convey and promote proper safety precautions (see also PAAB Code s.2.5).
