Forum Update: Supporting Community-Led Discussion
The forum was created as a space for shared learning and peer support, and as the community grows, we want to lean more fully into that purpose.
Going forward, PAAB will be taking a more listening-first role in forum discussions. Rather than responding immediately to every question, we’ll be encouraging members to engage with one another, share experiences, and help build collective understanding. PAAB will continue to monitor conversations and will step in to:
- Correct any misunderstandings
- Provide guidance when questions remain unanswered after a few days
- Support discussions where official clarification is needed
Our goal is to foster a collaborative, trusted community where knowledge is shared and strengthened by everyone’s contributions.
Thank you for being part of the conversation.
Options for HCPs to seamlessly access manufacturer HCP Portals
-
If I recall correctly, the PAAB 2.0 training included alternative options (beyond completing a full registration process) for HCPs to access manufacturer HCP Portals. E.g. I think there was an option for the Rep to provide an access code to the HCP. Can you please share all the options and share a link to the training resource that outlines these details? Thank you.

@l2022 Please see our Guidance on Gating Mechanisms for Health Professional Targeted Digital Assets, specifically section D.1 In-house manual validation. In addition to full registration, access to HCP portals can be provided through controlled distribution of the links or passcodes to portals. E.g. access to the URL cannot be found on browsers but is provided only through emails to HCPs through pre-validated lists or per your example, restricted access through Rep distribution of a specific passcode to enter the website.
