disease awareness on two different diseases
-
Hello! We want to compare prevalence and BOD of two different respiratory diseases in a branded APS but our drug/vaccine is only indicated for one of the respiratory diseases. We just want to bring awareness to the similarity of BODs and prevalence and not to disparage one disease vs. another. If this is not possible in branded context, would it be possible in unbranded context?

Good Morning @boram
Branded advertising should be restricted to the condition that the product is indicated for.
Unbranded pieces can speak to multiple conditions as long as they are accurate and not misleading. Remember that branded and unbranded tools should not be used together unless vetted for this purpose. Note that there are ways that this may be unacceptable even in an unbranded piece such as suggesting that both can be prevented with one product/vaccine when there is no vaccine on the market with that indication. As you noted, anything disparaging to one disease over the other may also be problematic. This is not an exhaustive list and these types of issues would be raised and resolved during the review process.
