376 - We have a PAAB-approved fax blast for pharmacists. Our marketing team wants to remove the product codes and prices and send the piece to physicians. This is the only change…would the revised fax blast need to go through PAAB-review? If it does not, is it ok to keep the PAAB logo on the piece?

Per the Submission Guidance document on our website at: http://www.paab.ca/resources/pdfs/code-revision/Guidance_on_Submission_Process.pdf The described change would require review (as would any removal or addition of drug content for example). See the sections “FYIs” and “All Other Post Approval Changes”. This industry reviewed document lists the types of changes which would not require review. Given the resemblance to prior APS, we’d do what we can to expedite the process for you. Call a member of our admin team to flag the file accordingly.
