443 - For DTCI campaigns, are we allowed to focus on a certain stage of the disease? (For example, mild).

If this is DTCI with no product mention you can focus on mild disease because you are not doing product advertising and the advertising regulations do not apply. See the Health Canada policy document “The Distinction Between Advertising and Other Activities”.
