Requesting clarification on "Documents available for download" as a separate submission: if I have a video that is ONLY available from a website, is the video a separate submission? Or can it be part of the same submission?

Forum Update: Supporting Community-Led Discussion
The forum was created as a space for shared learning and peer support, and as the community grows, we want to lean more fully into that purpose.
Going forward, PAAB will be taking a more listening-first role in forum discussions. Rather than responding immediately to every question, we’ll be encouraging members to engage with one another, share experiences, and help build collective understanding. PAAB will continue to monitor conversations and will step in to:
- Correct any misunderstandings
- Provide guidance when questions remain unanswered after a few days
- Support discussions where official clarification is needed
Our goal is to foster a collaborative, trusted community where knowledge is shared and strengthened by everyone’s contributions.

312 - What are the steps to review and approved a website? Does the content of the site may be revised first as independent, indicating the titles subtitles, main menu, submenu, boutons, etc..? And then once approved texts, we submit the entire site with images of each page and approuved content. Or should we submit from the first revision the entire website as one ASP needed to be revised with images of the design which will present content that not approuved? -
Retargeting and Digital Media (ads)If we have a website with appropriate HCP validation, and the website has a retargeting cookie, can we show that user HCP-directed ads? The ads would be displayed on other sites. This is similar to shopping at Amazon for red shoes and then seeing ads for red shoes on other sites. Of course, the ads would undergo PAAB-review.
