I have noticed numerous posts regarding international conferences held in Canada, and I would appreciate some clarification regarding the regulations for inviting Canadian physicians to attend an international conference hosted in another country. Do the regulatory requirements differ in this context? Specifically, can physicians be notified about such events through branded advertising tools (assuming compliance with on-label requirements), or would this be restricted to a corporate setting? Additionally, would any of these regulations change if the event were also accessible digitally? Thank you for your insight!
