Online Code document: Section 6.6?

In a response letter, I have been referred to Section 6.6 of the PAAB code. However, the online document does not contain this section. https://code.paab.ca/pdfs/paab_code_Word_Official .pdf

How can I find an archived version of the Code that does have this information?
