Unbranded emails with corporate attachments

If an advertiser has an unbranded, corporate piece that they believe is compliant with the PAAB code (1.5E) and would now like to email it to a doctor, does the email template need to be PAAB approved, even if the document being sent was not previously reviewed? The email can be sent without claims or reference to a product. Or will the email template simply need to follow the same PAAB code 1.5E?

Hey @rcolbear
Yes, the entirety of the message delivered should meet the standards of code section 1.5E in order to not be subject to PAAB preclearance.
