The banner linking to the site is unbranded and consistent with the site itself; it only mentions CHE opportunities on the educational site and links to the educational site.

New PAAB logo on APS we plan to retireWe have a tool that we will be retiring next year.
We do not want to invest money/time in changing the PAAB logo this year.
Can we submit the file for renewal stating that it will be retired next year.
We will accept a renewal date until Oct 2021; when the new logo is required on all APS.

PAAB Logo Style GuideCan you clarify for me if we can only use the logo as of Oct 2020, or if we can start using it now. The new PAAB logo will be affixed to all APS approved as of October 1, 2020.

For the generic email, can the representative send the digitized APS unsolicited as an FYI (i.e., a HCP request is not required; a meeting did not need to be on the books)

Do they need to be scheduling a meeting to discuss the APS within the email? or is a blanket sentence like “let me know if you have any questions/comments about the attachment” sufficient?

Can the company send the email with the digitized APS to HCP’s for whom they have consent; the correspondence comes from the company and not the individual representatives.

Can we submit 1 generic email to PAAB that has free text places for either brand OR disease in the same email.
