  • PSP Enrolment Form Review Requirements

We’re hoping to clarify whether PSP enrolment forms always require PAAB review. Is there any situation where these forms wouldn’t require review?

Since enrolment forms typically don’t include claims, we’re wondering if the content could be simplified or limited in a way that might exempt them from review.

We’d greatly appreciate your guidance to ensure we’re approaching this correctly.

  • Same Banner Ad, Different Journal

When submitting banner ads for PAAB review, we provide details on intended placement (to clarify the audience/context). If we want to place an already PAAB-approved HCP banner ad in an additional gated journal, would this require re-submission? There would be no change in size, content, or context—just an added placement in a journal not listed in the PAAB correspondence of the original submission.

@Jennifer-Carroll Thank you kindly for the response.

This helps provides our team with some starting points to consider. Should we need further response, we will be sure to submit an opinion, or arrange a consult meeting as suggested.

@jennifer-carroll Thank you kindly for the prompt response!

To follow up, we would want to better understand how we should submit programming logic for non-programmed search terms for review. Would submitting the source code work?

  • Website Search Function

Hello, we wanted to ask what is required when submitting a website with a search function for PAAB review. We understand that the programming of the search function, along with any limitations would need to be reviewed. Additionally, we understand that the structure of the presentation of the search results would need to be reviewed. Are we required to submit all search terms with their results, or would an explanation of the search programming, along the structure of search results be sufficient for review?
