We are looking into building a website in which consumers are able to purchase veterinary medicine for their pets. I have seen other websites display the manufacturer photos of the products on consumer facing websites that include product name, dosage/quantity, form (tablet or topical), and pictures of the species in which the drug is intended (example attached). Would these kinds of images be compliant with PAAB code, as it is not an advertisement, but rather a catalog?
Hello,
I am currently on the Marketing to Consumers PAAB training, and was wondering where the "Current Regulations - DTC" resource disappeared to. The link currently takes you to a no results page(https://www.paab.ca/resources/current-regulations/). Would the "Online Activities" supplemental guidance page be the next best resource? Any further direction would help. Thanks!
