Hi There! I was wondering if there is any issue with creating an unbranded APS that includes a questionnaire for patients on one side and another questionnaire on the other side that a patient could fill out with an HCP. The APS would ultimately be handed to HCP for interpretation and discussion. Thank you!

Forum Update: Supporting Community-Led Discussion
The forum was created as a space for shared learning and peer support, and as the community grows, we want to lean more fully into that purpose.
Going forward, PAAB will be taking a more listening-first role in forum discussions. Rather than responding immediately to every question, we’ll be encouraging members to engage with one another, share experiences, and help build collective understanding. Unbranded Patient and HCP APS -
Now Available HCP Email and Fair BalanceHi There,
We are developing a "Now Available" email and we are a bit confused about the level of fair balance needed (or lack of fair balanced needed)!
The email mentions the route of administration for the drug (drug x is for IV infusion) and also links out to 3 HCP-facing materials that all have the correct level of fair balance and are named very appropriately (i.e. PSP Enrollment Form, About Drug X Leave Behind, and Patient Info Brochure). Am I mistaken to think that the lowest level of fair balance is not needed?
Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

HCP eConsent Fax (no product mention) - Is this PAAB-exempt?Hi There! I am currently developing an HCP eConsent fax and was wondering if this piece may be PAAB-exempt. The form is intended to be sent to HCPs requesting their consent to send them electronic communications about a certain disease area. There will be no mention of a specific product in this piece. There will be mention of a specific disease area and we would like to include the pharmaceutical company name and logo. I thought maybe this could be PAAB exempt? Any help is much appreciated.
